"BMW Our Family — 2AT & 2GT Together": Mystery Autumn Exploration Tour at Westlake Resort

Digitalent built the LINE-integrated interactive system for the "BMW Our Family — 2AT & 2GT Together" owner event at Westlake Resort, Miaoli, in autumn. LINE registration, NFC mini-4WD track sensing, live leaderboard, and Beacon mobile missions turn the entire resort into a large-scale real-world exploration game.

Digitalent built the LINE-integrated interactive system for the "BMW Our Family — 2AT & 2GT Together" family-owner event, themed "Mystery Autumn Exploration Tour" at Westlake Resort in Miaoli. The event highlighted the BMW 2 Series Active Tourer and Gran Tourer family models, turning the resort into a large-scale real-world exploration game.

Turning the venue into a live RPG

Traditional owner meetups suffer from disconnected signup forms, static on-site activities, and limited interaction between owners and their families. Digitalent uses LINE as the event command center, digitalizing the flow from registration to on-site interaction so every owner and family member can engage in real time.

Four interactive modules

  • LINE registration binding: owners check in via LINE; the system auto-binds identity and car model (2AT / 2GT)
  • NFC mini-4WD track sensing: when a car completes a lap, the sensor records lap time directly back into LINE — parents and kids see results live
  • Live leaderboard: standings auto-refresh and sync to the venue's main visual screen
  • Beacon mobile missions: staff carry Beacons throughout the resort's exploration points; family phones trigger hidden missions on approach
